Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort Expansion

The newest component of the resort – Chimelong Marine Science Park – is under construction and planned to open in 2023, with an adjacent Marine Science Hotel already launched in 2021. The total GFA for the park is approximately 360,000 square meters. Other major pipeline projects at the resort include Ocean Adventure Amusement Park, Greater Hengqin Sports Leisure Park, International Circus (new venue), Chimelong Tourism Academy, and Rare Plants Botanical Garden. These new components are in the early stages of planning and the reported completion time for the whole expansion is 2027.
