Dubai Parks and Resorts

Dubai Parks and Resorts is an integrated theme park destination owned by DXB Entertainments PJSC.

With an estimated development cost of AED 13.2 billion, the integrated resort currently has four theme/water parks, including LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park, Motiongate Dubai, and Bollywood Parks Dubai. Other leisure and entertainment facilities include an onsite hotel (Lapita) and one retail and dining zone (Riverland).

DPR recently expanded the Lionsgate zone of Motiongate—which now features two new rides in John Wick: Open Contract and Now You See Me: High Roller—and opened a 250-room LEGOLAND hotel in 2022. The LEGOLAND Hotel is a 60:40 joint venture between DXB Entertainments and Merlin Entertainments.
