OCT / Happy Valley Xi'an

Happy Valley Xi’an is located in Fengdong New District area of Xi’an, Shaanxi province, as part of the larger OCT Fengdong culture tourism complex.

Happy Valley Xi’an will include a theme park and a Playa Maya Water Park, focusing on “culture  and technology”. The theme park will feature an ancient China-themed immersive experience and a “nighttime interactive park”, as well as esports and VR components. The water park is designed as an all-season park, with a majority of indoor components and some outdoor parts.

The Fengdong OCT complex started construction at the end of 2019. The Playa Maya Water Park opened in June 2021, and the theme park is still under construction.
