OCT Fabland Xiangyang

OCT Fabland Xiangyang is one of the latest theme park destinations developed by OCT, located in Xiangyang, Hubei province. In addition to the main Fabland theme park, the site features a children’s park, a water park, a hot spring and spa facility, a town center (retail, dining and entertainment area) and multiple hotels.

Reported investment for the destination components is at CNY 4 billion ($615 million). The 45-hectare Fabland theme park opened in April 2022, while other parks and hotels opened in phases from June 2020.
