Opened in 2020, Happy Valley Nanjing is the 8th Happy Valley park by OCT.

With 6 theme zones, the park is the anchor theme park within OCT Nanjing, a large-scale culture tourism complex project that also features a Playa Maya Water Park. Happy Valley Nanjing and Playa Maya Water Park combined have a reported investment of CNY 6 billion and a land area of 40 hectares.

Happy Valley Nanjing has 6 theme zones. Two of the zones feature IP from a local animation series Mr. Cookie and Hong Kong lifestyle brand B.Duck.
